There is a need for Safety and Security consulting. My unique experience combined with my knowledge for asset and property protections will benefit any client and is an excellent match to my background. I can provide guidance with compelling evidence of my ability to exceed your expectations and provide solutions to any safety and security problems:

• More than 20 years of experience in community policing and public safety, including five years as first and second in command for the Margate Police Department, Margate, FL. In 2015 I was promoted to Captain in Senior Command, working closely with the City Manager. I oversaw (all Law Enforcement matters, Community Engagement, etc.).
• Three years later I became Chief of Police. For two years, assumed the Emergency Manager role, created relationships with department heads throughout the organization, and worked closely with each of them on projects to gain a real inside understanding of safety and property protection outside of simply law enforcement.
• Throughout my career I have broadened my skills in staff, operations, administration, and financial management. Along the way I managed to earn undergraduate and graduate degrees in criminal justice administration, as well as gain specialized instruction from the FBI.
